This piece of rough really couldn’t get any brighter sitting at the highest ranking brightness B5. While taking pictures, the brightness of the opal literally made me squint as it was too bright. It shows this brightness and more colors throughout the rest of the rough also given a rare underlying straw pattern as shown.
